SPHE stands for Social Physical Health Education 

The SPHE programme in CBS Westland Row aims to:

• Promote self-esteem, self-confidence, and personal responsibility.
• Develop healthy relationships and positive communication skills.
• Foster respect for diversity, inclusion, and equality.
• Enable students to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellbeing.
• Support emotional literacy, resilience, and positive mental health.
• Contribute to the school’s Wellbeing and DEIS plans through targeted interventions and partnerships.
