Sechtain na Gaeilge

 Seachtain Na Gaeilge is a whole school annual celebration of Irish culture and language. Each year the school runs an exciting variety of events to encourage Irish language speaking and learn about different aspects of Irish culture in Film, Music, Art, History, Dance and food. Students have participated in Ceile sessions, watched Tradiditional music demonstrations, Bohran workshops and attendended Irish film such as "an cailin ciuin"

We encourage the celebration of this annual event to assist our multicultural school to integrate and understand Ireland better.
