Wellbeing
A Whole School Approach
CBS Westland Row believes the wellbeing of our school community is paramount to the successful running of our school. We believe wellbeing is more than a subject or curricular area. We believe in a whole school approach and we believe it is the responsibility of all members of the school community to implement this. It is acknowledged that links with the Student Support Team, Guidance and Counselling, AEN department, EAL department, the After School Program, St Andrews and other support mechanisms add to a sense of wellbeing for all students. There are 4 aspects of wellbeing indicated by the JCT. These are Culture, Curriculum, Policy & Planning and Relationships.
